Custom AntibodyArrayTM
may contain any number of antibodies that a customer chooses from the
list of 400 antibodies. The antibodies are
arrayed onto a nitrocellulose membrane with a proprietary technique to
completely retain the biological activities such as the binding of respective
antigens.
Custom AntibodyArraysTM
are generally used when::

Customers are only interested in a small number of antibodies; or
-
Customers want to confirm the positive interactions obtained after screening
with a Signal Transduction AntibodyArrayTM,
an Apoptosis AntibodyArrayTM or a
Cell Cycle AntibodyArrayTM. Because
of their low cost, Custom AntibodyArrayTMs
can be used to examine protein-protein interactions under different conditions.
Human, Mouse and Rat.
This array can be used in the study of human, mouse and rat systems. The
majority of the antibodies on the array recognize human, mouse and rat
proteins. Cross-reactivities to other species are not known..
